Hey, I'd like to keep the changelog thread clean and limited to just reporting the changes that we've managed to interrogate out of Horo. Let's use this thread for discussing stuff that changes.
I'll kick it off - I hate the new short freeze duration. It's really annoying for penting because I really want all of the demons around me to be frozen and take damage at about the same speed so that I can manual pulse them all at once. Since the duration is so short, by the time a new demon walks into my range, I'm like halfway through the first duration. I'd like to see recasting freeze on a frozen enemy refreshing the duration, or just reduce the amount of duration nerf here.
Also, my hellfire lasts so long now that it's a real pain to find items. If items could be layered on top of it or something, that'd be nice. A quicker fix would be to cut the current duration by about 40% or something - it feels insanely long to me.
I have about 280 dur mod or something, I'll check on that later.

IF this was applied to PVE only, I would agree.
This is be horrible in PVP though, part of the fun as a melee getting frozen is those in between 1-2 seconds where a mage duration runs out and you chop the shit out of it before he freezes you solid again. if a frz spawner could just spam frz and constantly refresh the duration in spawn, it would be insanely OP.

Oh yeah, I hadn't thought of the PVP implications - I like the idea of making it different for that, but it may be hard to implement that way. I believe freeze was changed because it was considered to be overpowered.
